RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review each request and work with you to find a fair solution.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Non-Refundable Costs
Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and other service-related fees may not be refundable unless required by law or due to an error on our part.
